Dataset

Description

This dataset is associated with "Assessing the spatio-temporal cumulative drought effects on two Mediterranean forest types in Central Chile" ( DOI with link will come after publication). The dataset includes the following remote sensing data in GeoTIFF format:

Enhance Vegetation Index (EVI) and Moisture Stress Index (MSI) anomalies derived from Daily MODIS NADIR BRDF-Adjusted Reflectance (NBAR) MCD43A4 V061 data.
Evapotranspiration (ET) Anomalies derived from 8-day MODIS MOD16A2GF V061 data.
Cumulative sums raster stack for EVI, MSI, and ET.
Detected events: all registered and largest (negative/positive).

Other data that is included:

Tabular information used for modelling.
Mean time series for EVI, MSI and ET for the whole study area used for the time-series analysis.
R scripts for the event detection procedure and auxiliary functions.

All raw input data is publicly available at their original sources.
