We used the nucleotide sequences of 40 Cysteine-Rich Receptor-Like Kinases (CRKs) from A. thaliana Col-0 to search against a panel of 69 A. thaliana ecotypes. In this repository we placed the raw complete sequences extracted and downstream coding-region only nucleotide based phylogenetic tree.
