Description
We tested several methods for Cas12a expression in tomato protoplasts. Additionally, we compared Cas12a and Cas9 in terms of efficiency, specificity and induced mutagenic patterns. This was all done using amplicon sequencing - this bioproject contains the raw sequencing reads.
