This release also adds reproducibility infrastructure that was not part of the original submission: a locked R environment (renv), continuous-integration re-rendering of the analysis on every push, and full raw ablation data (previously excluded by .gitignore) so the pipeline is reproducible end-to-end from raw data.

This is the fixed anchor version. Later releases (v1.1, v1.2, ...) may extend the analysis; this tag will always resolve to the state matching the published article.
