Description
This study aimed to test the effect of different starting diversities of the same starting sample. From one starting Mabisi sample, serial dilutions produced a full, medium, and low diversity, as well as a synthetic community by isolating several bacterial community members. Over the course of 16 transfers, samples were isolated and the full 16S regions was sequenced to determine genetic diversity.
