Axial muscle-fibre orientations in developing larval zebrafish

Description

A dataset 'fit_results.pkl' and accompanying Python code to extract data from the datafile. The .pkl file contains the raw and helical model fit data of muscle fibres of larval zebrafish, aged 2-13 days post-fertilization (dpf). The datafile's structure is explained in detail with example uses in the Python script 'Data_extraction_pkl_file.py' .
