Description
16S rRNA sequencing data is used to investigate bacterial community composition, diversity, and functional potential in response to protist communities of varying sizes during litter decomposition. This study aims to explore how different protist sizes influence bacterial interactions, abundance, and ecosystem functions, providing insights into microbial trophic dynamics and their links to carbon cycling.
