Wisdom Agbeti is an author on ‘ Heart rate and activity patterns of Chinook salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha) under steady and unsteady flow conditions’, published in JEB. Wisdom conducted the research described in this article while a PhD student in Dr Leonardo Magnoni's lab at the Plant & Food Research Institute, Nelson, New Zealand. Wisdom is now in the lab of Dr Arjan P. Palstra at Wageningen University & Research, The Netherlands, investigating how salmon respond physiologically and behaviourally to unsteady flow conditions to support sustainable offshore aquaculture.
