Technical mentoring of 10-12 course participants per cohort, through online mentoring sessions over a period of five months. The mentoring sessions are focused on the participants’ own food systems initiatives in the domain of “Food Tech and Trade”. Course participants organise themselves in duos who participate in each other’s mentoring and feedback. Cohort RW01 took place from Oct 2021 to Aug 2022. Cohort RW02 participated in Jul- Dec 2023.
