Technical support to action research studies implemented by local researchers in Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger, around the topic of Inclusive and Decentralized Finance. During year 1 (2023) the studies were exploratory. From year 2 onwards (2024 - ) the studies revolve around the design, monitoring and evaluation of specific pilot projects, implemented by SNV and CARE, in topics such as financing models for cooperative input procurement (SADIEA), digitalization of municipal tax collection, and community savings and loans groups (VSLA)
