Cross-pollination between seed sector development and (agro)biodiversity

As part of the SeedNL Annual Event, a panel discussion was held on the interaction between seed sector development and (agro)biodiversity. Participation as a panellist included contributing to the discussion and giving a short introductory presentation on the role of the Centre for Genetic Resources, the Netherlands (CGN). The presentation highlighted how genebank collections and expertise support sustainable seed systems, plant breeding and the conservation and use of genetic diversity.
