What will people eat in the future? How will our diets evolve to help remedy the climate crisis while
becoming more nutritious? This session (in person and streaming) will explore the importance of
healthy sustainable diets for people and the planet. Speakers will address the challenges
communities face accessing fresh, healthy foods as well as potential solutions.
Through a first of its kind initiative The Rockefeller Foundation launched a competition to elicit robust,
transformative, inspiration visions for 2050 food systems. Over 1,300 visions were submitted from
every corner of the globe, revealing feasible yet audacious ways to achieve regenerative, nourishing
and equitable food systems. Hear from some of the top 10 visionaries as they share their inspiring
and actionable visions for food systems transformation.
