Description
From July – September 2024 primary data on harvest losses and post-harvest losses were collected in the rice supply chain in Vietnam. Direct field measurements, to collect harvest loss (HL) and post-harvest loss (PHL) data, were conducted at 48 different farms in the Mekong Delta. Besides, operators of combined harvest machinery, traders and millers were interviewed. In this workshop, the results of the study were shared and discussed with stakeholders in the rice supply chain in the study area.
