In this symposium on Generative AI at Wageningen, Aneesh Chauhan presented how we can utilize data available in Combase, which is an extensive collection of experimental data on microbial behavior, to develop a generative model, which, given future conditions, can generate new suggestions for product and process parameters, such as combinations of temperature, pH, and water activity for both growth and inactivation scenarios.
