Description

In the presentation I introduced the benefits of creating insight in companies’ own resource use efficiency with examples from Dutch companies and organisations. Next, I introduced food audits as a tool and opportunity to Estonian companies to create insights in their own food resource use efficiency and to reduce and/or valorize their side streams.
