Exploring GS1 Data Source

Description

The aim of this project is to explore the use of the GS1 Data source (https://www.gs1.nl/kennisbank/gs1-data-source/) to extend our linked data sets on food with data about nutrients, allergens and ingredients for consumer food products from specific suppliers. This will allow us to give personalised food advice and support food research at a level of GS1 products.
