For the Masterclass, a key role was played in shaping and guiding the process and the analysis of the Living Labs, which focused on developing future-proof export strategies for the European market, particularly in light of the EU Green Deal's impact on food and agriculture trade between Latin America and Europe.

Active involvement was held in the ideation and creation of three Living Business Cases, each tailored to a specific product, supply chain, and country of origin:
• Avocados from Peru
• Roses from Ecuador
• Coffee from Costa Rica

In addition to designing these cases, we provided continuous guidance to the participant groups and offered detailed supply chain analysis for each product.

Our role also included overseeing the groups' progress, ensuring they had the tools and knowledge needed to address their specific challenges. Finally, we participated on the evaluation of the strategies they developed, assessing their understanding and application of the concepts in relation to the real-world scenarios presented by the Living Business Cases.
