Biomass to Comodities – Extending biomass supply chains using biohubs

This presentation deals with the logic of developing lignocellulosic commodities to link the generally remote biomass potential to markets where the biomass can be used efficiently for biobased applications.
The characteristics of real biomass commodities are presented and the contribution to more circular use of biomass resources is discussed, including the potential contribution to lowering the cost and increasing security of supply.
