Selected to contribute as a researcher to the Hello Accelerator, a global platform launched by Ashoka’s Hello World that is accelerating impact through collaboration to design innovative solutions with and for people on the move. Why Hello Accelerator? Because the migration field requires a new framework for how migration is perceived globally. Large groups of people are on the move. These migrations are happening more suddenly and across diverse geographies, highlighting the inadequacy of current systems to manage them effectively. National systems are outdated, organizations operate in silos, and there are numerous barriers to meaningful collaboration for faster integration. Hello Accelerator creates more effective, coordinated, and innovative solutions to support people on the move and foster a more inclusive society.
