THE NORMAN E. BORLAUG INTERNATIONAL DIALOGUE, known informally as the "Borlaug Dialogue," each year brings together over 1,200 people from more than 65 countries to address cutting-edge issues related to global food security and nutrition. Through the Borlaug Dialogue, the World Food Prize Foundation helps build alliances in the struggle against world hunger and malnutrition.
Research and Innovation Roundtable Transforming food systems requires a strong evidence base along with technology innovations. Research provides the evidence needed to produce safe, nutritious diets, especially for our most vulnerable populations. Research and technology advancements must improve agricultural production and the sustainability of food systems. Through these and other key topics, roundtable speakers will highlight successful projects for rapidly scaling rural agriculture development.
Aneesh Chauhan was part of the panel of Internationally renowned speakers offering multi-faceted perspectives on current and future food systems challenges from the lens of Research and Innovation. In particular, Aneesh focused on the role of emergent technologies which can help support the accelerated transformation of the food systems.
